  • Standalone Service: 100% of one month’s rent.

  • Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate and manage all necessary repairs.
  • Bill Payments: Pay applicable property expenses.
  • Monthly Reporting: Provide transparent financial updates.
  • Move-In/Out Inspections: Conduct walkthroughs and manage security deposit returns.

  • Marketing and Lease Execution: Rate drops to 50% of the first month’s rent when combined with Ongoing Management.
  • Ongoing Management Rates: Start at 10-15% of monthly rent while you have a resident.
